1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.
  • Earphones, earbuds, and personal hygiene products unless faulty upon arrival.
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, clear pictures of the item (if damaged/incorrect), and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item), Drupz Shop Nigeria will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
